We handle corporate, federal, commercial, and personal document certifications at the Embassy and Consulates of UAE. Our services ensure your documents meet all authentication requirements for use in UAE. UAE Embassy Legalization

We provide the following service for UAE

Corporate Documents: (Notarized / Certified Copies)

  • Requirement: Must be signed and notarized.
  • Examples: Agreements, Contracts, Power of Attorney, Articles of Incorporation, Certificates of Formation, and other business-related documents.
  • Process: USACC certifies documents through the court and Secretary of State of Maryland, then submits them to the Embassy of the UAE for legalization. After approval, the U.S. Arab Chamber of Commerce affixes its official stamp before returning the finalized documents to the applicant.

If your corporate or personal documents have already been certified by the local Secretary of State, USACC can assist with the remaining stages of authentication through the U.S. Department of State and final legalization at the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Washington, D.C.

Federally issued Documents

  • Examples: FDA, USDA, USPTO, and other U.S. federal agency documents.
  • Process: USACC coordinates the authentication process through the Maryland State Court, the U.S. Department of State, and the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Washington, D.C. Documents are finalized with the official Chamber of Commerce stamp before being returned.

U.S. Department of State Authenticated Document

If your document has already been authenticated by the U.S. Department of State, USACC can assist in obtaining final legalization from the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates and can affix the Chamber of Commerce stamp if required.

  • Examples: Corporate, personal, or commercial documents already authenticated by the U.S. Department of State.
  • Process: USACC verifies the U.S. Department of State seal, submits the document for UAE Embassy legalization, and applies the Chamber stamp for validation and eligibility for use in the UAE.

Personal Document Legalization

  • Requirement: All personal documents must first be certified by the respective Secretary of State and bear the Great Seal before submission.
  • Examples: Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, Single Status Affidavits, Divorce Certificates, Death Certificates, Medical Letters, etc.
  • Process: USACC facilitates authentication through the U.S. Department of State, followed by final legalization from the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Washington, D.C. Documents are then returned directly to the applicant.

Stamp Document Legalization

If your document requires a Chamber of Commerce stamp to complete the legalization process, the U.S. Arab Chamber of Commerce (USACC) provides this service to validate authenticity and ensure compliance with UAE consular requirements.

  • Examples: Corporate, commercial, and other notarized documents intended for use in the United Arab Emirates that have been processed through the appropriate state or federal authorities.
  • Process: USACC reviews the submitted document to confirm eligibility, affixes the official Chamber of Commerce stamp, and prepares it for submission to the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates or for final use in the UAE.

How to order Expedited Embassy legalization for UAE?

To begin, identify the type of documents you need to legalize and ensure that all requirements for your document category are met. Once ready, prepare a package that includes: :

  • Documents intended for use in the United Arab Emirates, prepared according to the listed requirements.
  • A Service Request Form containing your contact details and clearly indicating “UAE” as the destination country.
  • A Check or Money Order for the total fees, made payable to “U.S. Arab Chamber of Commerce.”.
  • A Prepaid Return Envelope with a valid tracking number (FedEx, DHL, UPS, or USPS).
